To ensure that I can accommodate all of my clients efficiently, I kindly ask you to review my cancellation policy below: 1. **Cancellations or Rescheduling**: Cancellations or changes to your appointment must be made at least **48 hours** before the scheduled time. This allows us to offer your spot to other clients. 2. **Late Cancellations**: Cancellations made within less than 48 hours of your appointment will incur a **40% charge** of the service total. 3. **No-Shows**: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the **full amount** of the service. 4. **Emergency Situations**: I understand that emergencies happen.
